HELLO! :)

I had such a great day today!~ It was a super productive family outing <3
Went to eat at Jack's Place. omg, it has been sooo long since we have last eaten there! The last time was probably my mums birthday 2 years ago. Family bonding over a meal.
Drove to Rocher road to hunt for my guzheng strings but the shops were closed too. Walked around and went into Fairprice to buy some groceries and headed to 'fu lu shou' shopping complex to look around. Realised that the places we went so far were like really old builings ahahha. Bought some chinese herb thingys like gan bei and hei bi and ate ice cream from the ice cream truck. It has been so long since i ate ice cream in BREAD! the bread was colourful at that! omg, awesome. :) Then, it was almost six and we headed home for my dad to prepare for a wedding dinner.

Ahh~ Home is truly the best place to relax after a long day. Went out again this time to SUNTEC CITY AREA! Dropped my dad off at CONRAD HOTEL for his wedding dinner and went for a girls night out with my mum and siters at marina square. Ate dinner at some food court and did some shopping after. I know this is getting boring but IT HAS BEEN SOOO LONG SINCE I DID SHOPPING!!!! Visited Desigual and literally camped inside the fitting room for like 45 minutes! I have never done it before, all four of us hiding in the fitting room trying on clothes after clothes and asking each other for opinions. Saw this shirt i really liked but decided to buy it another time. :) Time passed really quickly and before we knew it, the shop was about to close and we din even realise. We figured that the two male assistants left in the shop were really at loss because they wasnted to close the shop but we were still inside trying on clothes. HAHAAHA. Spent like a bomb on my mum's clothes and a jacket. Walked to Diva and look around. Tried on hairbands and accessories stuff like that but walked out of that store empty handed. I bought a short jacket for myself at cache for the first time in the many years of my life. As in for the fact that i actually asked my mum for this piece of clothing. Usually my mum would be the one shopping for my clothes or wearing hand me downs, ahaha.

It was about 10 so we walked back to conrad to pick my dad up. Stopped by at coffee bean on the way. The conrad hotel was really beautiful. Everyone was very elegant and tall when they descended the spiral marble staircase. If i had a DSLR with me, i would be snapping away like there was no tomorrow. :P It was a great day, and i could sense that my father had fun too. I love family days like these. :D
